Thanks for the fun afternoon Venegas kids! I managed to come home with a sunburn despite the late afternoon and the clouds, but the weather was absolutely perfect for an afternoon in La Jolla. Helene, I will let you see the rest of the pictures tomorrow. Until then, goodnight...

Beach Day

The clouds and gloom let up enough yesterday to allow for some good 'ol fashioned beach fun. The kids all went crazy in the surf and Max didn't mind chasing "the ladies" up and down the beach!

Mommy to Be

Nicole is a friend of my husband and I. She was in our wedding 8 years ago and is expecting her first, a little boy, this summer. She was in town for the weekend from Seattle and we were lucky enough to have the coolest clouds and weather to shoot at the beach!

Seniors

This morning I spent some time with two high school seniors. Wow do they take direction better than babies! Thanks for the easy morning girls!

Carlitos

Little Carlos was not in the mood for photographs when I showed up this morning before nap time. After many attempts, we decided to let him sleep and meet back later in the afternoon. The good news is that he was much happier. The bad news...we had bright, mid-day sun to contend with. No problem! we just plopped the little guy into some bushes and he was happy as can be!

San Fransisco Trip

This post is a week late, but I had such a great time visiting all my friends in the bay area. Here is a shot I took in my friend Lesley and Ireland's backyard. It appears that all of her kid's lunch might have been given to the Dinosaurs!

Annika and Camille
