A couple of months ago I got to meet Angela and her family. She was hoping to get one last family portrait while her kids were still "kids". The following week their daughter left for New York and I'm sure they are missing her. Enjoy your last year with your son at home Ervin Family!

Starting the Blog

After poorly keeping a family blog, and having numerous friends ask to see my work somewhere online, I am finally starting a blog. I have been doing photography since high school (I won't elaborate on how long that has been). It is primarily recreational, but lately I have been taking it a bit more seriously. Last week I took a workshop with a local commercial photographer, Jay Reilly. His work is amazing and the workshop provided us with models (super cute kid models) and loads of advice. Here are some of my shots from that session:
